Patent application reveals that fuel cell technology is aimed at MacBooks rather than iPhones. UK firm Intelligent Energy claims to be working closely with Apple and claims to have developed a hydrogen fuel cell that could power the iPhone 6 for a week without recharging. It is not clear whether the technology developed by Intelligent Energy is the same as the one contained in the patent application filed by Apple.
