Managed service provider Anittel Group has reduced the number of hours fixing customer malware problems since it chose Webroot as its managed antivirus service. The company has reported a decrease in traditional malware on customer’s computers and reduced help desk enquiries. Anitell’s service desk used to log 700 hours a month on antivirus problems. The previous product was also causing “significant problems” with client desktop to servers. The new antivirus solution is better at catching malware than traditional signature-based products.”]
