Adobe typically releases its security updates on the second Tuesday of each month, known as Patch Tuesday. Adobe has released an out-of-band security update for Adobe Character Animator that fixes a critical remote code execution vulnerability. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Adobe Premiere Rush were also released. The risks of being affected are low, but users should still upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible as attackers can examine the changed files to help determine what was fixed. All of these vulnerabilities were discovered by Trend Micro Zero Day Initiative and were not found in the wild.
