Mary Harman and Samir Zabaneh have been appointed to the ACI Board of Directors. Ms. Harman most recently served as Managing Director, Enterprise Payments at Bank of America Corporation. Mr. Zabeneh most recently held positions at First Data and Heartland Payment Systems. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Element Fleet Management Corp. and Moneris Solutions.
