According to new Law,Canadian Internet Users Protected from Spam!

Spam is the most annoying part of internet and email for people around the world. A new law in Canada makes it easier for the government to prosecute, and fine, people found guilty of spam. It also makes using aliases or false information in emails a criminal offence. The new legislation also ends a loophole in Canadian law, as the country was formerly the only G8 nation without formal legislation governing spam. Nearly 70 percent of the world’s spam is distributed by botnets, which means that the sender of those emails are as much of a victim as the receiver.
