A taxonomy for the National Cybersecurity Doctrine

Dan Lohrmann: Cybersecurity doctrine is counter-productive, in his judgment, if the field remains ill-defined. We do not want to be changing our National Cyber Doctrine in five or ten years, he says. Academic study and shaping of a cybersecurity discipline would seem more helpful than a new doctrine, he writes.
