A Security Company Is Neutering Hundreds of iPads So The Government Can Use Them

A security firm in Virgina is “neutering” iPads for government use. The company says the process involves wireless capabilities and the camera. CEO: “It’s a neutered iPad. We’re working on how do we effectively brand it” No one in the government has made a statement about the process, but it’s unlikely Obama’s iPad has gotten the treatment. If this really takes off, you could start seeing a lot more iPads in active government service, but only if they’ve lost their fun bits first.”]
