Even if you are considered to be a white hat hacker, you are still still still walking a fine line between being a bad guy and a good guy in many eyes. You should be able to get inside the head of your enemy and try to figure out why they do the things that they do. Once you are in someone’s head then you are able to predict what they are going to do and now you can play a little offense instead of planning out defense strategies all of the time.
