The ICA has given a Statement. Peace deal between Indian Cyber Army and Pakistan Cyber Army has been announced. Both the governments are involved in this and they are taking down every black hat activity out here here. The deal is not on till now but it is just my suggestion to Both the sides. I suggest all the Hackers to lets move to these guys First and also move our attacks to Third World countries. We also need to take every precautions while doing any black hat activities out here.
