Creator of Bitcoin Mining Schemes faces $12 Million for Ponzi Scam

Homero Joshua Garza took advantage of Bitcoin boom to run bogus Bitcoin mining schemes. GAW Miners and ZenMiner companies were run by Garza in Connecticut. Garza used the “lure of quick riches” to lure investors to invest in Bitcoin mining. In 2014, when Garza was running the schemes, 1 BTC was equal to $450, and today it is around $2,800. Today, the current price of 1 BTC or 1 Bitcoin = US$2,850.
