Cornell University to get funding to develop cybersecurity software

Loop News St Lucia posted an article on May 29, 2017, about Cornell University receiving $2.5M for cybersecurity work. Here’s a quick summary.

Cornell University will receive $2.5 million in federal funds to support the development of new cybersecurity software.  The grant is a smart investment that will support the creation of new cutting-edge technologies.

The funds are sourced from the National Science Foundation and are intended to aid the research and developments associated with new software techniques protecting computer networks from cybercriminals.
