Yahoo pays first bug bounty $12.50 in Company Store credit

Security firm High-Tech Bridge paid $12.50 (7.71) a bounty for a bug hole in Yahoo’s email system. Yahoo responded in less than 24 hours to the security firm’s response. However, Yahoo was just letting the security outfit know that the bug had already been reported. The funds were dispersed as a discount code to spend in the Yahoo Company Store, which sells Yahoos corporate swag: t-shirts, cups, mouse pads, a 79 mousepad festooned with the image of balloons, or the Yahoo Unisex Baby Set.”]
