Windows 10 Start Menu, Search Issues Continue After KB4522355 Update

Windows 10 version 1903 Start Menu and search problems continue even after Microsoft states that they fixed the issue in their latest KB4522355 cumulative Update. Users report that their Start Menu, Cortana Search, and Microsoft Edge no longer function after installing an update. Users affected by the Start Menu bug are greeted with an alert stating “Your Start Menu isn’t working. We’ll try to fix it the next time you sign in.”” Microsoft released the KB4524147 cumulative update on October 3rd and subsequently released updates.”
