Windows 10 Cumulative Updates Released With Fix For File Association Bug

Microsoft has released another cumulative update for Windows 10 with some fixes. The update is not available for October 2018 Update or Fall Creators Update. Microsoft says this update addresses an issue that prevents some users from setting Win32 program defaults for certain app and file type combinations. The latest update is available for April 2018 Update and it fixes the File Association which was discovered last month. It also addresses time zone changes for Russian daylight standard time and Moroccan daylight standard Time is now available for Morocco and Russia.
