Windows 10 1903 Bug May Show Black Screen in Remote Desktop

Microsoft has added a new bug to the list of known issues in Windows 10 1903 about Remote Desktop connections displaying a black screen when connecting to devices using older graphic drivers. Microsoft has stated that this bug first appeared in the May 29, 2019 cumulative update KB4497935 (build 18362.145) and affects versions since then. This bug is one of 3 that were added last week by Microsoft. The Surface 2 bug has led Microsoft to issue a block on upgrades for users running Nvidia dGPUs until the issue is resolved.
