Why Megaupload’s Kim Dotcom Might Walk Free

Megaupload founder Kim Dotcom has been arrested in New Zealand on copyright and copyright infringement charges. Dotcom is accused of earning $175 million in subscription and advertising revenue from their file-sharing site.
