Whats wrong with cybercrime reporting in India, and how to fix it

The latest data from the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) reveals that of the 49,880 cybercrime cases, only 17,378 were closed by the police. Only 35 percent of the cases have been closed, according to the report. The report was published by the National Institute of Public Security (NSTNPS) in India, India’s largest-ever cybercrime report. The report is based on the findings of an investigation into cybercrime in India by NSTN.”]
