Andrew Auernheimer, a.k.a. “weev,” indicted for allegedly breaking into AT&T’s servers and stealing personal information on 120,000 iPad users. He faces up to 18 months in prison if convicted of identity theft. Auernheim, a member of Goatse Security, said his firm “did the right thing” by going public about the hole on Gawker.com last year.
