Everything in the video, including the operating system, is shown in English. Even though this video takes place over several hours, there are like 5-6 different desktop screens shown. Isn’t spoofing an IP address as easy as spoofing a cell phone number in a text message? It just gives the impression that English may be there first language, or one that they learned while attending a higher education instituition in the “west”.
