LiveLeak has posted surveillance video footage from earlier this month of a guy in Brazil installing a skimming device onto a bank ATM. A researcher scraped and archived public Parler posts before the conservative social networking service was taken down by Amazon, Apple and Google. The People Nearby feature in the secure messaging app can be abused to unmask a user s precise location, a researcher said. The second half of the tape shows him being arrested and officials revealing the device.
