US Navy Soliciting Zero Days

The U.S. Navy is in the market for some unpatched, undisclosed vulnerabilities of its own. A RFP, which has since been taken down, surfaced last week seeking operational exploits and vulnerability intelligence for commercial software from leading IT vendors. Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, EMC, Apple, IBM, Android, Apple and Cisco IOS, Linksys WRT and Linux, among others.Microsoft, IBM and EMC (parent company of RSA Security) declined to comment for this article.
