The campaign targeted five employees at a government agency and two foreign nationals with ties to North Korea. The agency’s security defenses stopped the hackers from planting the malware within devices. Researchers say they have “moderate confidence” that an advanced persistent threat group called “Konni” was responsible for the campaign.
