GoDaddy confirms a data breach reported earlier this week affected 1.2 million of its Managed WordPress customers. The breach has also impacted Managed WP users tsoHost, Media Temple, 123Reg, Domain Factory, Heart Internet, and Host Europe. GoDaddy has reset passwords for customers who remained exposed as a precaution. The company did not respond to Information Security Media Group’s request for information on the threat actor’s identity, details on the vulnerability exploited and the countermeasures deployed by the hosting giant.”]
