Ukrainian Power Grid Hack: 9 Questions

Ukrainian energy supplier Prykarpattyaoblenergo suffered a three-hour electricity blackout on Dec. 23. Ukrainian officials have blamed the blackout on Russia, but as yet released no evidence to back up that claim.
