UK cyber strategy discussed in ISC report 2011/2012

The fear of cyber attacks against critical infrastructures is high, it is a common strategy to identify all the possible cyber threats reducing the exposure to them. Many governments are also following an aggressive and dangerous approach, its for example the case of UK that is evaluating the possibility to create a cyber weapon such as Stuxnet, to attack enemy states or to conduct sophisticated cyber espionage campaigns. China and Russia are main countries that scares UK officials due their abilities in cyber espionage, but also emerging cyber terrorism represents a great concern.”]
