Phishing and other hacking incidents have led to several recently reported large health data breaches. UConn Health, an academic medical center, says it identified approximately 326,000 potentially impacted individuals whose personal information was contained in the compromised email accounts. The attack could rank as the second largest health data breach reported so far this year, based on a snapshot of its HIPAA Breach Reporting Tool website on Monday.
