Charles Palmer, Director of the Institute for Advanced Security, IBM, is Chief Technologist of Cybersecurity and Privacy with IBM Research. Palmer is Senior Technical Advisor to Institute for Information Infrastructure Protection (I3P) which is managed by Dartmouth College.
