More than 80% of companies are actively investing in digital operations, according to a recent BCG survey. The cost savings and growth impact of digital operations along the value chain varies by industry. BCG conducted an online survey of executives from large manufacturing companies in October 2018. The survey asked respondents to assess their digital vision and the status of adoption of 38 digital use cases.
