Terror Suspect Refused Bail

Jose Padilla, 35, was held as an “enemy combatant” for more than three years by the military. Padilla is accused of providing Islamic extremists with money and supplies. A federal judge refused bail for Padilla on Friday, citing his extensive travel overseas and his past history of skipping bail as flight risks.
