Target Invests in Security Education

Target Corp. provides $5 million to support a new cybersecurity coalition. The coalition comprises the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance, the Better Business Bureaus and the Better Cybersecurity Alliance. Target revealed that personal information for up to 70 million customers was exposed in a recent breach. 17 Democratic members of the House Financial Services Committee have called for a hearing to explore the recent Target breach.
