A new report reveals the extent of the threat posed by the darknet in the U.S. and beyond. The report was published in June by the University of Cambridge, England. It found that 40 percent of darknet users are now using the tools to target the networks. The study was published by the National Institute of Security and Technology for Human Rights (NUN.R.U.C. and the Institute of Cybersecurity, NUCC.org. The report also found that more people are using the blacknet to target businesses that have been targeted.”]
