The National Cyber Security Defense Team will identify segments of the Internet infrastructure that are vulnerable to terrorist attack. The Senate Judiciary Committee recommends $10 million in funding for the creation of this Team. The Team will include representatives from the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) and departments of Treasury, State, Justice, Defense and Commerce.
