Still in jail, Terry Childs asks for $3 million from City of San Francisco

Terry Childs filed a claim (rejected on Jan 23) for $3 million in damages against the city. He’s still in jail on a $5 million bond and is set to appear in court next week. The claim (pdf) asks for $1 million in economic and 1 million in emotional damages. Meanwhile, Childs is in jail in San Francisco on $5M bond and will be back in court on Jan 24, 2015. He is accused of refusing to hand over passwords to the city’s WAN network.”]
