State Department Spends $0 of Anti-Propaganda Allocation

$120 million budgeted by Congress since late 2016 to fight foreign government propaganda hasn’t been spent. Congress directed the Pentagon to give $60 million to the State Department’s Global Engagement Center. Pentagon has agreed to transfer just $40 million to State Department. Russia has been accused of meddling in U.S. political affairs via allegedly Kremlin-funded social media farms, such as the Information Research Agency in St. Petersburg, Russia.
