Spam and phishing in Q2 2015

In the second quarter of 2015, Nigerian letters exploited the themes of the earthquake in Nepal, the presidential election in Nigeria and the Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. Spammers often applied several methods of noising in one email: they used both the alternative representation of the IP address or the traditional use of meaningless junk text in the body of the message, in order to completely conceal the spam theme.
