SOPA’s Big Brother Signed By EU Nations Amid Widespread Protests

Anti Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) signed by 22 European member states. Cyprus, Estonia, Slovakia, Germany and the Netherlands did not sign, but committed to do so in the near future.
