SonicWall has bought SSL VPN appliance vendor Aventail in an all-cash transaction worth $25 million. SonicWall CEO Matt Medeiros said the decision to buy was customer-driven. The deal is expected to close in July and SonicWall reaffirmed its second quarter revenue guidance of $45 million to $47 million dollars.
