The U.S. Cyberspace Solarium Commission issued a report on how to improve cybersecurity in March 2020. Most of the report’s recommendations have yet to be implemented. Panelists said top priorities are adopting a federal data breach notification law and improving public-private partnerships. The panel was moderated by Catherine Lotrionte, the director of the Institute for Law, Science and Global Security at Georgetown University.”]
