CNN’s Anderson Cooper’s Twitter account appeared to have been hacked last week. The anchor’s assistant inadvertently left his phone unlocked and unattended at the gym early this morning. CNN confirmed that Cooper does have an assistant who has access to the @andersoncooper Twitter account. It was a phantom gym monkey who stumbled across the phone and sent the tweet to the US President, rather than doing anything more malicious, it was just sending a single tweet from Cooper’s assistant’s phone. CNN is working with Twitter to secure the account.”]
