Sepaton VTL company says its new products can deduplicate and store petabytes of data. The S2100-ES2 Series 1000 VTL offers 1Tbyte disks and as many as 16 processing nodes. Sepaton charges $2,500 per useable Tbyte for a perpetual license. Pricing starts at $69,000 for 10Tbytes of useable storage. The company also launched the 5.0 version of DeltaStor, which lets administrators select specific applications to dedupe.”]
