Panetta said the U.S. government and key IT systems remain vulnerable without enactment of cybersecurity legislation. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., declared in a statement over the weekend that he will bring cybersecurity legislation back to the Senate floor when Congress returns in November.
