Security Researchers Expose Bug In Medical System Used With X-Ray Machines, Other Devices

Researchers hacked into Philips medical information management system that interfaces with X-ray machines and other medical devices. The system has inherently weak remote authentication, the researchers say. Philips says the flaw exists in an older version of the XPER system.
