Securing vehicles from potential cybersecurity threats

Cyber attacks that exploit the increasing digitization of vehicles present a significant risk to manufacturers, vehicle owners, other drivers and pedestrians, Nathaniel Meron says. Cybersecurity is inherently more vulnerable to cyber attacks, he says. Meron hopes that we’ll soon see the NCAP equivalent to NCAP security for many consumers. He advises potential buyers to wait to wait until the market is ready to apply decent security measures and the market will accept that the market needs to be more secure and safe.
