REvil ransomware hits US nuclear weapons contractor

Ransomware gang claims to be auctioning off company’s data to the highest bidder. Revil is believed to be operating out of Russia or another country. The company is looking to hire a nuclear weapons expert to manage nuclear programs. The agency is working with a third-party to determine the extent of the data stolen from the company. President Obama is expected to discuss the issue with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G7 summit this week. The U.S. government is looking into the possibility of a cyberattack.
