Revenge-porn website victims launch action against Texxxan and GoDaddy

Lawsuit claims revenge porn site Texxxan.com is a “sick, cowardly enterprise” that serves “no useful, social or economic purpose” 17 women have joined a class-action lawsuit against the site. The suit claims invasion of privacy and mental anguish. Lawyer John S. Morgan plans to sue all those who’ve signed up for a subscription on the site, including those who paid a monthly fee to see more personal information of the women in the photos. Such sites, going back to the infamous IsAnyoneUp revenge site run by Hunter Moore, are protected by the Communications Decency Act.”]
