VnlGP Miner is a potentially unwanted program that uses your computer’s graphics card to mine digital currency without your permission. This PUP installs a miner called vnlGP.exe, which is a renamed copy of sgminer. When started, vnlgp.exe will mine the Decred cryptocoin by using 70% of the processing power of your graphics card. This causes your computer to consume extra electricity, generate unnecessary heat, and could potentially damage your hardware due to its constant utilization.
