Malwarebytes has determined that Advanis is a Tech Support Scam. This particular one was downloaded by a trojan. To minimize the screenlocker use the backspace key on your keyboard. Alternatively you can switch user accounts on your computer. The full version of the full version would have protected you against this hijacker.
