Ransomware attack hit North Carolina water utility following hurricane

Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (ONWASA) was brought to its knees by a ransomware attack. The Jacksonville, North Carolina, utility said it has no intention of paying the ransom demanded. About 150,000 people depend on the water utility, which is still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Florence.
