IT professionals are fearful that sensitive data will fall into the wrong hands if cloud-based services are used by their organizations, but many acknowledge that the risks are being ignored by some employees who may already be using cloud computing, according to a new survey. Cloud-based note taking software Evernote this week pushed out three new security features including two-factor authentication for some users accounts. CrowdStrike has launched a new platform that will allow security researchers to work collaboratively to reverse engineer and analyze malicious code.
