Phishing Campaigns Tied to Coronavirus Persist

The World Health Organization warns of fraudsters using its name and images as part of phishing attacks and other scams. Security firm Check Point reports a spike in domains being registered related to coronavirus. IBM announced it would withdraw from the 2020 RSA Conference in San Francisco over concerns about the virus. The same health concerns led to the cancellation of the Mobile World Congress expo in Barcelona and delays of several other tech shows, including the RSA Conference, which is still slated to kick off on Monday, Feb. 24.”]
